Give people more credit

Sometimes we underestimate how much people will understand our situation. Although they probably haven’t been in our shoes, they would have experienced something which is similar in effect. Even if they haven’t they may be more understanding than you’d expect. So at least give them that opportunity once in a while if you’re the kind of person that worries about telling people your opinions or feeling. Because I definetely am, and today I gave someone that chance and I’m very glad I did.
