Nobody is thinking about you

We all think that people are either thinking about what we've done wrong, something we said or how we look and judging us. But if you think about it, the same way that we are constantly worried about what others are thinking of us, other people are likely thinking the same thing, but about them. So if everyone is always worried about what everyone else is thinking of them, no one is really thinking about the faults of others, just their own and what everyone is thinking of them because of it.
Does that make sense? I hope so.
Stop worrying, not everyone is thinking about you and if they are, it's probably not as bad as you think.
